Had a special stay at Campanile Shanghai Bund Hotel, loved staff and rooms. There was variety of food for breakfast, including pastries and slices of fresh bread. Generally everything was very clean, yet the bathroom was very dirty.

Location was brilliant and the hotel in general was serene, I loved it. They made my stay decent. Workers in this place were very responsive, setting is in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown.
Very tiny bathroom, and the breakfast was absolutely terrible.

Staff were attentive, wi-fi was fine, and I loved its perfect location near to a metro station, the famous shopping street. Excellent fresh fruit, bread, cakes, pastries and bakery supplied. Bottled juices, orange juice and beers in the beach bar, overnight parking place.

I enjoyed it, staff and location were lovely. Lots of food at breakfast, such as fresh bread, meats, bakery, cakes and fresh fruit. Pleasant view of canal. Also, Natural Wild-insect Kingdom was only 1 km from the accommodation. There was an amazing pool.

I came here for 2 nights and had an amazing stay. Staff were fantastic, room was beautifully designed and beautifully designed. Breakfast had plenty of options and fresh fruit, fresh bread and pastries were fantastic! Stunning location, within walking distance of yuyuan garden. The service here was courteous too.

Very well maintained and clean enough place, vip staff. I got free upgrade and loved it. You could walk to a supermarket and the shops. Located nearby subway station, in the walkable area. The service was HELPFUL, always with a smile. I had a great stay in a long time.
